Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care for infants, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and secure
Observe and document developmental milestones while creating a supportive, nurturing environment
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate activities and play
Model Christ-centered values, offering spiritual and emotional guidance through everyday interaction
Partner with parents to maintain open communication and ensure each child’s unique needs are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Follow all safety and health protocols, including safe sleep practices, hygiene education, and diaper changing
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants in a childcare or early education setting
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with babies
Ability to provide a warm, nurturing, and secure environment
Understanding of child development and the ability to meet developmental milestones
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (not required)

Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and consistency in the child's learning and development
Create a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment
Adhere to all safety, health, and childcare policies, including hygiene education and safe play practices
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational or childcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
