  • Background Checks: Comprehensive background checks, including state and federal ABI & FBI checks, are completed before hiring and annually thereafter.

  • Ongoing Training: All staff undergo health and safety training to maintain high standards, including 30 hours of professional development within the first 30 days of hire.

  • Mandatory Education Hours: Staff members are required to complete 90 hours of education to qualify as infant/toddler teachers after their first year.

  • Aspiring National Accreditation: We are committed to exceeding state requirements and aim for national accreditation by ensuring our team meets the highest standards.
