  • On-site Owner: Our director holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and brings 15 years of leadership experience in early childhood education.

  • CPR and First Aid Certified: Staff members receive CPR and First Aid training to help them respond appropriately in an emergency.

  • Background Checks: Comprehensive state and federal ABI and FBI background checks are completed before hire and renewed annually thereafter.

  • Ongoing Training: Staff complete ongoing health, safety, and professional development training to maintain high standards of care.

  • Mandatory Education Hours: Staff members are required to complete 90 hours of education to qualify as infant/toddler teachers after their first year.

  • Aspiring National Accreditation: The Cove is currently pursuing national accreditation, reflecting our commitment to high standards in early childhood education, program quality, and continuous improvement.
